How to invite a user?

Only users with the administrator role can invite new users to join Labelcamp.

  • Hover on your avatar in the top right-hand corner​

  • Click on Group & Users in the dropdown

  • Choose the Users section in the sub-navigation

  • Click on the button Invite a User in the bottom right-hand corner

  • Input the email address of the person you want to invite and choose a role​

The user will then receive an email invitation asking him/her to join your group. The recipient can create a new username and password and log into the application.

Custom Rights

You can add Custom Rights to a user by filling the dedicated field. You can add a right on a contract, a label, an album, or combine multiple.

Please note that if you set custom rights, the user won't inherit from its group rights.

User Roles

  • Administrator Administrators can perform all actions in the account (manage groups and users) and have access to the whole application.

  • Manager Managers have access to the whole application except the group and user management.

  • Viewer Viewers have the same as managers but they cannot edit or manage the catalog.

  • Custom You can set a custom role for any user. Just check/uncheck options needed (i.e here, this user will be only able to modify albums but won't have access to Analytics, Accounting, and User Admin sections)
