Delivering a Video to an Audio-Video DSP
Last updated 7 months ago
This article addresses the case of a video delivery to DSP supporting both audio and video content : Apple, Tidal, etc.
To deliver a video product to a DSP supporting both audio and video content, the process is roughly the same as delivering an audio product except that an additional step to associate the video asset (i.e. video master) to a track of the product will be required.
Once the product Album has been created, using the same process as for an audio product, a video track can be added to the product in the Track & Assets tab and by switching the track type from Audio to Video.

In the Asset tab of this track, the corresponding video asset can then be located by searching its name or its ID, which can be found if the URL of its Labelcamp page (ex: https://app.labelcamp.io/catalog/videos/493281)

The field available in the Linked Platforms column can be used to restrict the delivery of the video asset to a specific set of DSPs if it is involved in a exclusivity strategy or if its specs are DSP-specific.

Once the video asset has been associated to the track and the track metadata filled in, the usual steps to create and fine-tune an album product can be followed up to its delivery
(i.e. setting the distribution rights and commercial offers, activating the product, etc.)
