Deletion Request

To ask for the permanent deletion of albums from your catalog, please follow this process.

Please note that deleting albums will prevent you from any future delivery, update, redelivery or takedown. It will also lead to a definitive loss of any existing sales or trends data.

The deletion will be charged €0.10 per track on your monthly invoice. Details will appear in the monthly XLS file.

Please send an email with the subject "Deletion Request" to the Labelcamp Support Team, and make sure to include the following information for your request to be accepted:

  • List of Barcodes
    Please upload an XLS or CSV file with the list of albums to delete. The file needs to have 2 mandatory columns, ie. UPC/EAN and Label Name.

  • Delete Contract(s) / Label(s)
    If the deletion of complete Label(s) or Contract(s) is required, please upload an XLS or CSV file with Label and Contract Name(s) as well as the related Labelcamp URL(s). Both Name(s) and URL(s) are mandatory information.

  • Business Need
    Please indicate why this content needs to be deleted. Add any further comments you may have.
