Changelog

Follow new updates and improvements to Labelcamp.

Localize your releases and artists

Your releases and artists can now carry translations, delivered to DSPs alongside the rest of your metadata: album titles, track titles and artist names, in as many languages as you need. You can also add phonetic titles, for Japanese for example, to make tracks easier to search on the platforms.

Translations are added in the album creation flow and on the artist page. Click the translation icon next to a field, pick a language, type the localized version and save. Each translation can be edited or removed from the same panel, and a counter on the icon shows how many languages have been added. Once saved, translations will be included in release's metadata.

Each platform displays translations according to its own rules, and some have specific requirements. The behaviour of every supported DSP is detailed in the Localization help article.

Saves added to the Trends overview

The Trends overview now includes a Saves section, based on data reported by Spotify and Apple Music. A save is counted when a listener adds a track to their library or to a playlist, once per listener.

Labelcamp gets a new look!

We've refreshed Labelcamp with a cleaner, more modern interface — updated navigation, clearer layouts, and a more consistent feel across the app. It's the same Labelcamp you know, just easier on the eyes and easier to move through.

Everything is right where you'd expect it. Your workflows, your processes, and the screens you use every day all work just as they always have — you'll feel at home from the first click.

This is the first step in a broader effort to modernize Labelcamp and communicate more openly about what we're building — with more to come.

Projects association lands on album page

You can now associate a project directly from an album page — no need to navigate elsewhere to establish that link.

Along with this addition, tag association on album and contract pages has been refreshed with an updated interface.

Projects and tags now share the same unified component: same interaction, same behavior, same look — wherever you use them.

Expanded search capabilities

The Labelcamp search engine now supports two new retrieval criteria, available across all search-enabled modules — Global Search, Trends, Claims, and more.

UPC + ISRC targeting lets you combine both identifiers to pinpoint a specific track within a product, cutting through ambiguity when similar metadata is shared across multiple releases.

DSP Lookup lets you search by pasting a URL or platform-specific ID directly from Apple Music, Spotify, or other DSPs — jumping straight from a streaming platform to the matching asset in Labelcamp.

Improvements

  • WhatsApp is now available as a trend source in the Trends analytics dashboard.
