Welcome to our platform!

Below is a recap of all the necessary steps to prepare your account - you will find details about each step of the process.

Please contact the Labelcamp Support Team for any technical questions you may have.
NB: make sure to always open a separate ticket per single request, so we can have a history of the requests and easy follow-up between the different team members involved in each ticket.

First steps

  1. we will create your account into our database and add you as an admin user (you will receive instructions by email in order to create your user account)

  2. we will add a Test Contract, a Test Label, and a couple of Test Releases to your account in order to facilitate your understanding of our interface

  3. and we will email you when it has been done, of course!

In the meantime

You must complete the documents required in the next section 'Prepare the switch' (DSP list, DDEX information, music genres, and price grids).

You can also visit our API documentation if you plan to start implementing.

Regarding the API, there are 2 ways to make your first request:

  • use your Labelcamp login and password to get an API token,

  • or create a dedicated user.
