Album Status

Album status let you define if an album is editable and deliverable to platforms.

There are four different statuses:

  • Draft: Metadata is editable by all users. The album is not deliverable.

  • Reviewing: Metadata is editable by all authorized users. The album is not deliverable.

  • Active: Metadata is not editable anymore. The album is deliverable.

  • Archived: Metadata is not editable anymore. The album is no longer deliverable, but it will remain online if it was previously delivered and no takedown request is made.
