Music Genres
As a distributor, you will be able to use your own list of Music Genres. This will allow you to set the main genre, and a second genre if needed, on all your albums (and tracks).

NB: we recommend having a music genre grid with 100 genres+subgenres maximum. However, adding subgenres for some specific main genres (especially if it exists some specific/specialized platforms to sell this kind of music – like Classical or Electronic, for example) can be a good idea.
Price Codes
As for the Genres, you need to build your own price codes list, in order to set a price on each of your albums and tracks. Please fill in the following document:
