Labelcamp offers complete monitoring of the delivery process through the status of each Delivery. You can check this status on the Deliveries index when you Edit/See a specific Delivery:

  • Waiting This status means that the Delivery is not in its sending process yet, but will be enqueued as soon as our platform is able to deliver it to the platform. However, due to the multiple automated checks that are performed, a Delivery may also be stuck in the "Waiting" status for a reason, which will be visible in its "Status" column (e.g. the album is not active, the default offer is not active, the send task is not validated, there are specific territory restrictions at platform's feed level, etc.).

  • Packaging/Packaged This status indicates that the Delivery process has started and that the album is getting packaged for delivery to the platform.

  • Sending The Delivery is in the process of being sent to the platform.

  • Sent The Delivery has been successfully sent to the platform but the batch is not closed yet.

  • Sent on [Month, Day Year] The Delivery has been successfully sent to the platform and the batch has been successfully closed (the 'Delivery Path' can be found in the technical information of the delivery, after clicking on the "See" button).

  • Error This means that an error occurred during the Delivery process. It can be due to a file transfer or server issue, or any other reason. A log of the error can be made available in the Delivery details (click on "See") but it is not always possible, so please contact our Support team if more information is needed. Also, note that the application automatically resets (i.e. create a new one) every Delivery in ‘error’ every few hours.

  • Stuck After too many unsuccessful attempts to automatically reset the Delivery, the status changes to ‘stuck’ and an email alert is sent to the user inviting them to look into the issue.
