Deliveries to Vevo

Delivery of video products to artist Vevo channels and/or Vevo’s CTV service can be performed with a Vevo delivery feed in Labelcamp. Products and deliveries should be set up like for any other video delivery feed, with some exceptions specific to Vevo:
To deliver a video product to Vevo, it is mandatory to set a Vevo offer and specify the recipient Vevo channel in the dedicated ‘Vevo Account’ field displayed in the offer’s settings.
‘LaFemmeVevo’ specified in the ‘Vevo Account’ field as the recipient Vevo channel:

To deliver a video product only to Vevo’s CTV service (i.e. not to the artist’s Vevo channel), the mention ‘CTVdeliveryVEVO’ should be specified in the ‘Vevo Account’ field in the offer’s settings.

Additional important specificities:
It is not possible to update the master file of a video (with a Redelivery) after the initial Delivery of the video product. The purge of the initial video product and its video master should be requested from Vevo’s team before performing a new Delivery.
Enabling the ‘Unlisted’ toggle button available in the Offer results in the video being delivered to the recipient Vevo channel with an ‘Unlisted’ status.
The thumbnail visual displayed on Vevo’s services is the thumbnail visual set on the video asset in Labelcamp. This thumbnail should have a size of 1290x720 px.
Unless ‘CTVdeliveryVEVO’ is specified in the ‘Vevo Account’ field, the delivery of a video product to a given artist Vevo channel will always result in the creation of a new video on this channel.
In the Vevo offer, if the ‘Unlisted’ toggle button is disabled and the release date set on a date prior to the date of delivery, the video will be automatically published on the recipient Vevo channel upon its ingestion by Vevo’s system.
