Types

When you want to deliver an album, you can select up to 4 different types of delivery depending on your needs.

  • Delivery -> Initial delivery of a product including metadata and all assets (masters, artwork and booklet if available).

  • Update -> Redelivery of the product metadata only (xml file). Can be used to update any information of the metadata: titles, credits, release date, pricing, territorial rights, usage rights, etc. This type of delivery is sometimes ingested and processed more quickly by DSPs in comparison to deliveries including all assets (i.e. Delivery or Redelivery).

  • Redelivery -> Redelivery of the full product, after its initial delivery and with all its metadata and assets (masters, artwork, booklet). Can be used to update masters, artwork images or booklets.

  • Delete -> Takedown request to action the full removal of a product from a DSP.

As an exception to the general rule, 'Delete' deliveries can be sent for 'Archived' products.
