Create a New Album
Last updated 6 months ago
Click on the New Album button on the album page or on the "+" button on the top of the page:

Then, choose to use the form or the XLS method:
With the Form
General information
If you choose to create your album via the simplified form, some fields are mandatory (indicated by *) as the album title, the artist name(s), the barcode, the release date, the production year, or the copyrights.

Use this artist on all created tracks: you can replicate the artist name on all tracks by clicking on the β symbol on the left end of the text field.
I have no UPC, generate one for me automatically (if available): if you do not own a UPC, you can easily generate one by clicking on 'Generate UPC'.
Catalog number: it is unique for each album (Ex: Catalog001). Do not put the label name.
Release structure
Release structure can be managed from the Track & Assets tab.
You can add one or multiple blank tracks using the Add New Track tool (left) or use a track already existing in your catalog on Labelcamp (right). Additional volumes can be added in the product by clicking the + button on the left end of volume tabs.
Once all these fields are filled in, you are able to complete this step and create your release.

With an XLS File
General Information
To create a new release, you can either use the simplified form or import metadata from an excel sheet. If you choose to use the second option, you must import your metadata file through the corresponding field.

Release dates
If your metadata file is correct, please fill in the release date fields.
Once all these fields are filled in, you are able to complete this step and create your release.
