Album Status

Album status let you define if an album is editable and deliverable to platforms.

There are four different statuses:

  • Draft: Metadata is editable by all users. The album is not deliverable.

  • Reviewing: Metadata is editable by all authorized users. The album is not deliverable.

  • Active: Metadata is not editable anymore. The album is deliverable.

  • Archived: Metadata is not editable anymore. The album is not deliverable anymore. It will stay online if it had been previously delivered, and if no takedown is requested. Note that it will continue to be matched with any Trends or Sales data ingested in our application.
