General Information
Add a cover art
To add artworks, two options are available. You can simply:
drag & drop the image in the General Information section,
or click on the "Choose a file" button and indicate the location of the file on your computer.
Your image file must respect certain rules to match DSP's requirements.
It must be a JPEG file format with :
- a maximum weight of 20 Mb,
- height must be between 3000px and 4500px (the aspect ratio must be 1:1),
- resolution must be 300dpi,
- and use a RGB color space.
Add a booklet
You just need to click on the "Add a booklet" button under the location of the cover.
Your booklet must respect certain rules to match DSP's requirements.
It must be a PDF file with:
- minimum size of 28x21 centimeters,
- its weight must be under 10 Mb,
- it must contain at least 4 pages,
- and have a minimum resolution of 72 dpi.
You can find the specifications of the cover and the booklet by moving your cursor on the "Specifications" button, just below the "Add a booklet" button.
Music Genre & Price
In the General Information tab, you have to indicate the music genre and price of your release and tracks. The Music Genre, release Price and Track price are mandatory fields to validate this step.
Your album selling price is the one that will be used by the download stores. Regarding track price, you can also enter a specific price track by track by editing each track metadata in the Tracks & Assets tab.
The more information you provide through the form, the easier the work is for our team β less emailing back and forth and quicker delivery process to DSP's.
Think about a Music Genre 2 when possible and appropriate.
Territory and Platform Rights
In this tab, you have to indicate the distribution rights of your release.
Prior to this, you have to check your label's standard distribution rights, using the button outlined for this purpose. A new window will then open, displaying the rights of your label.
Then you should indicate territory rights for your release in the text field.

Summary
This section gives you a quick overview of your product and ensures that all mandatory fields are filled in.
Depending on your role (label or distributor), you can submit your product for reviewing or directly validate it.
Once your album is validated, it's ready to be delivered.
